• Ages As At 26th April 2009
• 50m, 200m All Strokes
  Age Groups - 9yrs, 10yrs, 11yrs, 12yrs, 13yrs, 14yrs, 15yrs, 16yrs & over
• 100m All Strokes
  Age Groups - 10yrs, 11yrs, 12yrs, 13yrs, 14yrs, 15yrs, 16yrs & over
• 200m Individual Medley
  Age Groups - 9yrs, 10yrs, 11yrs, 12yrs, 13yrs, 14yrs, 15yrs, 16yrs & over
• 400m Freestyle & Individual Medley
  Age Groups - 9yrs, 10yrs, 11yrs, 12yrs, 13yrs, 14yrs, 15yrs, 16yrs & over
• All Events will be HDW - There will be no finals
• Awards for 1st to 6th place in each age group
